The Kremlin has accused Ukraine’s military of being “out of control”, saying Kyiv is responsible for ramping up the war as well as Russian territorial incursions. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, gave this statement while Ukraine is still pursuing its counter offensive operations against Russian troops in the captured regions.

During one of the press conferences held at the Kremlin, officials condemned Ukraine’s strikes on the Russian held territories and Peskov justified those by saying that Ukraine’s militaristic escalation is inflicting more chaos into the already chaotic region, one that has, in fact, already been brought about by Western openhandedness whose military supplies to Ukraine’s army will only make matters worse.

The Ukrainian Secretary of Defense has dismissed every accusational propaganda claim as a self-serving campaign of misinformation designed to buy time while Russia remains the one in need of a leash.

A high ranking official from Ukraine issued in response the statement:

The Russian military are completely and utterly out of control and devoid of any sense of decency in their bombings of non-military primitive human settlements which they wrongly classify as militarily worthy targets. All Ukraine is doing is protecting its real estate and civilians – that’s all.

To prepare the ground for Kyiv’s counteroffensive military activities, the country’s armed forces have been operating Russian fighting troops’ positions, communication routes, and command stations to bring them under fire. They have also increased the firing of missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles at Russian armed forces facilities stationed in the Crimea and bordering oblasts.

Moscow Fears Ukrainian Resistance Strengthening

Military analysts interpret this remark as an increased sign of frustration within the Kremlin as Ukraine continues to fight Russian advances. Even with months of intense shelling, Russia has not made meaningful territorial gains. On the other hand, Ukrainian forces have effectively attacked Russian positions deep within occupied territories.

Kremlin denouncements that Ukraine’s military is undertaking a foolhardy approach of battling completely misses the point, and seems to be part of a greater whole that attempts to justify Russian malign and brute force. Certain analysts speculate that these claims serve as an excuse for Moscow to shift its strategy towards the further deepening of the conflict with Ukraine.

Strong Western Support for Ukraine Yes or No

While Europe has not stopped forward moves in the aid of Ukraine, Moscow’s claims have not fallen on deaf ears. Ukraine continues to receive arms, ammunition, and funding from the United States, Great Britain, and the Eastern European Union. All have charged down Russia’s dismissive accusations, stating that Ukraine has the full ability to defend itself and must therefore be supported.

Condensing violence down to a headline or a report dog ears the calamity’s most heart-wrenching facets. Irreparable damage to defenceless civilians feels quotidian in modern warfare, as plainly put by an anonymous U.S. State Department Intelligence briefer, who, in context to the Kremlin draining Ukraine of human life, remarked:

“Russia is at war with Ukraine. Russia’s military has been given too much power and is rampaging. The bloodshed carried out on the international community is akin to genocide. Any war-torn country has the responsibility to guard itself.”

Where do we go from here?

There is mounting evidence that presents both Ukraine and Russia as their own distinct aggressors, with violence fully set to escalate. In this calculated game of blame gambit, Ukraine has decisively balanced the scales, maintaining order whilst benevolently inviting Western support as a cherry on top.

Far from linkage, Ukrainian militaristic victory forms the fugue, asymptotic to order, and the positive feedback parallel morphs the frenzied abortion of hierarchy, signifying control. Russia appears subdued at an external estate, submerged in utter bafflegab, preposterously charging her opponents with antagonistic behavior while, tragically, her own internal crises are dissolving her credibility.
